GBP Not Connected
If your Google Business Profile isn't connected, the Reputation tab will be empty or show an error, and review requests won't include your Google review link.
Check 1: Is Your GBP Verified?
The Google Business Profile integration requires a fully verified GBP. If your profile is still pending verification (Google mailed you a postcard or sent a video verification request), the integration won't work until verification is complete.
To check: log into business.google.com and confirm your profile status shows Verified.
Check 2: Was the Integration Connected with the Right Google Account?
The GBP must be connected using a Google account that has Manager or Owner access to your GBP. If it was connected with a personal Google account that doesn't have access, the integration will fail silently.
To re-check: in GHL, go to Settings → Integrations → Google My Business. If it shows an error or asks you to reconnect, click Reconnect and use the correct Google account.
Check 3: Has the Token Expired?
Google OAuth tokens expire. If the integration was working before and stopped, the token may need to be refreshed.
Fix: Go to Settings → Integrations → Google My Business and click Reconnect. This refreshes the token without losing your settings.
