AI Responses Not Drafting

If new Google reviews appear in the Reputation tab but no AI response draft is generating, check the following.

Check 1: Is the GBP Still Connected?

Google OAuth tokens expire. If the GBP connection dropped, new reviews may still appear in the dashboard (they're cached) but AI response generation may stop.

Fix: Go to Settings → Integrations → Google My Business and reconnect. See GBP Not Connected for step-by-step instructions.

Check 2: Is AI Response Generation Enabled?

Go to Reputation → Settings and confirm that AI Responses is toggled On. If it was accidentally disabled, toggle it back on — drafts will begin generating for new reviews.

Check 3: Is Your GHL Plan Tier Current?

AI review response generation is a GHL feature tied to specific plan tiers. If your plan was downgraded or billing lapsed, this feature may have been disabled.

Check 4: Is the Review Very New?

AI response generation can take up to 15–30 minutes after a review comes in. If you just saw a review appear, wait and check again before troubleshooting further.
