First 90 Days — What to Expect
Here's the typical progression after the Reputation Engine is live for your business.
Week 1–2: Getting Live
Your setup is complete and the first review requests are going out. During this window:
- Customers who have completed appointments start receiving review request SMS and emails
- Your Google Business Profile reviews appear in the Reputation dashboard
- AI response drafts begin generating for any new reviews
No action is required from you at this point. The system is running.
Weeks 2–4: First Results
- You should see your first review request responses coming in (10–20% of requests convert to reviews)
- AI-drafted responses are queuing for your approval. Check the dashboard weekly and either approve the drafts or turn on auto-publish if you're comfortable with the AI's tone
- Your response rate to reviews — something most businesses never achieve — starts climbing toward 100%
Days 30–60: Volume Building
- Review volume picks up noticeably. Businesses with a steady job flow often see 4–8 new reviews per month from the automation alone
- Your Google star average may shift as new authentic reviews come in
- If you're getting 5-star reviews, the referral automation triggers and starts sending follow-up messages
Days 60–90: Compounding Effect
- Your GBP ranking in local search begins to improve as review freshness and volume signals strengthen
- The referral loop produces its first warm inbound contacts
- By 90 days, your review velocity is typically 4–5x what it was pre-automation
If Results Are Slow
If you're not seeing review requests send or reviews come in after 2 weeks, check:
- Is your GBP connected? → GBP Not Connected
- Are appointments completing in GHL and triggering the workflow? → Review Requests Not Sending
- Is SMS enabled for your account? → Contact TechForce
Don't wait 90 days to surface an issue — reach out in week 2 if something doesn't look right.
