What Makes These Compliant
- The Google review link is offered directly and unconditionally — no sentiment question first
- The direct contact option is positioned as an additional resource, not a replacement for the Google link
- Every customer gets the same message regardless of their satisfaction
Phrases to Avoid
These phrases create implied gating and should not appear in your review request workflow:
| Avoid | Why |
|---|---|
| "If you had a great experience, leave us a review" | Implies others shouldn't |
| "Only satisfied customers click here to review" | Explicit gating |
| "Before you leave a review, let us know how we did" | Pre-screening |
| "Rate your experience: 1–5 stars" (before the link) | Sentiment filter |
