Navigating Your GHL Dashboard
Your TechForce AI marketing tools run inside a platform called GoHighLevel (GHL). You access it at AIMarketing.services.TechForceAdvisors.com. You don't need to know the underlying platform — this guide covers what you'll see and where to find things.
The Left Sidebar
The main navigation runs down the left side of the screen. Key areas:

| Conversations | Inbox for all SMS, email, and chat messages |
| Contacts | Your contact database — every lead and customer |
| Calendars | Appointment scheduling and booking links |
| Reputation | Google review dashboard (Reputation Engine clients) |
| Automation | Your active workflows (do not edit without guidance) |
| Reports | Traffic, lead, and conversion data |
The Reputation Tab
If you have the Reputation Engine, the Reputation tab is your primary dashboard. It shows:
- All Google reviews pulled in from your Google Business Profile
- Status of AI-drafted responses (pending approval vs. auto-published)
- Review request history (who was sent a request and when)
- Average rating trends over time
The Conversations Inbox
All SMS and email conversations flow into Conversations. If a customer replies to a review request or a text-back message, it will appear here. You can respond directly from this view.
Settings You Should Not Change
The following settings are configured by TechForce and should not be modified without consulting us first:
- Anything under Automation (your active workflows)
- Integrations (Google Business Profile connection, etc.)
- Phone Numbers (SMS sending numbers)
- Email / SMTP settings
Changes to these can break your active campaigns.
